Our al fresco grill house looks over the pool, promising spectacular evenings under the stars and a feast of prized selection of meats, seafood and vegetarian options. Guests can unwind over several rounds of unlimited appetizers, followed by Indian/Western set meals. Our chefs pull out all the stops, using Western and Indian grilling techniques along with clay ovens to unleash a smorgasbord of flavours. Seasonal farmed game, including quail, rabbit, turkey and a special treat of jungle fowl smothered in a dark spice mix (Kadaknath/black chicken) are available on prior request. For barbecue fans, there’s always an opportunity to practice their grilling skills during live, interactive sessions.
