The bistro-style Upper Deck serves elegant European classics - sandwiches, burgers, wraps, salads, barbecued seafood and meat - all day. Overlooking the sea, it’s designed as the perfect socializing spot within the resort, with breezy white cabanas providing relaxed spaces for uninterrupted, tranquil meals. Even before dinner is served, there is a buzz with guests being served light snacks all afternoon. The bar is where the action shifts post sunset, with our resident mixologist whipping up phenomenal cocktails and friendly conversation. There’s many a travel story narrated, and business deal sealed over a Chilli Mango Margarita or Dragon’s Lair (tequila with dragon fruit pulp, fresh lime and sugar) even before fragrant whiffs begin to emanate from the kitchen. Post mains, the dessert menu at Upper Deck is renowned for the softest pastries and the most succulent cakes and tarts.
