Executive Chef, Taj Lands End

Chef Anirudhya Lal Roy brings with him over 27 years of technical and management experience in F&B. Prior to this, he was the Executive Chef at the Rambagh Palace and has worked under 3 star Michelin chef Chef Anton Mossiman at Moss man's Club in London. Chef has also worked at The Bank Westminister, A speciality Seafood Restaurant in London and Saint Peter's Restaurant in Austria. He has served at various properties namely The Taj Mahal Hotel, Taj Bengal, and Jai Mahal Palace. Chef has won Outstanding achievement of the year at the Taj Annual Business Excellence Awards.

Andrew Pearson is an award‐winning mixologist, drinks expert and director of beverage consultancy company Andy Pearson Drinks. He was described by Theme Magazine as “The Jamie Oliver of Drink” and ranked 25th in the top 100 list of people to have shaped the UK bar business. A 20 year veteran of the drinks industry, Andy was profiled by The Observer in the top ten in his category in the their ‘Future 500’ program. Pearson’s ongoing commitments include spearheading menu strategy, training platforms and bar audit schemes for Hilton Hotels Europe & Taj Hotels India.
