Led by expat chefs Leong and Oon, Spicy Duck retains authenticity and manifests luxury.A central feature to Chinese cuisine for centuries, the Duck signifies freedom, happiness and fidelity in China, capturing contemporary vibrancy with authenticity. The cuisine aims to reflect specialties of Taishan and Chengdu sub-regions, to which homemade concoctions and minimalistic condiment use impart lightness. Most of the ingredients are sourced from China to keep the offerings authentic.
