A range of bars liven up any buffet, from bread and pasta to salad and dessert and add to the festivity of any occasion. Fusion cuisine—caviar pani puris, shrimp papdis with Indian spices and chutney, refreshing sugarcane, guava and black chaat masala sorbets— is another speciality.
